Sealing pastes 131-435KG are intended for:
  • Type 1 (heavy) – to eliminate gas leaks through loose ball valves, including those working in contact with gas condensate, as a preventive measure to prevent leaks, operating temperature from minus 60 to plus 120 ° C.;
  • type 2 (medium) – for the elimination of gas leaks through leaks of ball valves, as well as plug valves, including those working in contact with gas condensate, as a preventive measure to prevent leaks, operating temperature from minus 60 to plus 100 ° C.;
  • Type 3 (light) – for eliminating gas leaks through loose ball and plug valves, for lubricating the friction surfaces of seats and spindles, as a preventive measure to prevent leaks, operating temperature from minus 60 to plus 120 ° C.;
  • Type 4 (super sealer) – for eliminating gas leaks through leaky ball valves, including those operating in contact with gas condensate, at critical temperature conditions from minus 70 to plus 150 ° C, as well as in emergency situations and during firing operations.;
  • Type 5 (ammonia resistant) – to eliminate gas leaks through loose ball valves, including those working in contact with aggressive gas condensate (ammonia), as a preventive measure to prevent leaks, operating temperature from minus 70 to plus 150 ° C.;
  • Type 6 (preservative) – for preservation, lubrication, as a preventive measure against leaks, to eliminate leaks in ball and cork valves and other fittings operating at pressures up to 63.0 MPa, operating temperature from minus 60 to plus 80 ° C.;
  • Type 7 (hydrogen sulfide resistant) – to eliminate leaks of hydrogen sulfide-containing gas through leaky ball valves, as a preventive measure to prevent leaks, operating temperature from minus 60 to plus 180 ° C.;
  • type 0 (channel cleaner) – for cleaning the supply channels and connecting fittings of fittings from dried or coked lubricants, releasing the movable sealing elements of the valve pressure seats that are jammed due to contamination, the operating temperature is from minus 40 to plus 80 ° C.
